Seva Sindhu Login Page: How to Access and Use Your Dashboard

If you’re here, you probably want to apply for something like Gruha Jyothi, check your caste certificate status, or maybe track the pension application you submitted last month.
To do any of that, there’s one simple thing you need first — log in to your Seva Sindhu account.

Think of this login page as your entry gate to all Karnataka government services — from subsidy forms to bus passes, it all begins here.

First, Go to the Official Seva Sindhu Login Page

Whether you’re using your phone at home or asking someone in a cyber café, make sure you visit the official website:

Click here to open the login page

Look for the “Login/Register” button in the top right corner. Don’t click on any ad or fake lookalike website — scammers sometimes create pages that look similar.
Always check if the address in your browser starts with https://sevasindhu.karnataka.gov.in.

Logging In – Explained Like You’re Sitting Next to Me

The Seva Sindhu portal uses your mobile number for login.
Here’s how it works in everyday terms:

  1. Once you reach the login page, type your mobile number in the box.
  2. Tap or click on the “Get OTP” button.
  3. In a few seconds, an SMS will arrive on your phone.
  4. Enter that OTP on the screen, and hit “Submit”.

That’s it. No password, no usernames, no forms. Just your mobile number and one OTP.

You’re now inside your personal dashboard — like your digital home in Seva Sindhu.

“Invalid Session”? “OTP Expired”? Don’t Worry

Many people get stuck here — and it’s normal. Here’s what might be happening:

  • “Invalid Session”: This usually means the page was open too long before entering the OTP. Just refresh and try again.
  • OTP Not Arriving: Network delay? Wait for 60 seconds. Still no OTP? Tap “Resend OTP” once.
  • Wrong Number? Make sure you typed all 10 digits correctly — no country code needed.
  • Using a JioPhone or older mobile browser? Some features may not work smoothly. Try using Chrome or Firefox on mobile or desktop.

Officer or Department Login – Is It Different?

Yes, slightly.
If you’re a government staff member, field officer, or service provider, your login link is a bit different.

Go to the same main login page, but look for the “Department / Service Provider Login” section — usually below the citizen login box.

You’ll be asked to enter a username, password, and captcha. This login is for internal services, not for applying to schemes.

Mobile Login Tips (Especially for Daily Users)

Many people open Seva Sindhu daily. Here are some smart tips to save time:

  • Bookmark the Login Page on your browser for quick access.
  • Use Incognito or Private Mode if you’re on a shared system (like in cyber cafés).
  • Some phones let you auto-fill OTPs — enable SMS permission for smoother login.
  • If you use apps like Chrome or Brave, it’ll remember your number for you — just don’t let it remember OTPs.

After Login: What Will You See?

Once you’re inside, your dashboard opens. From here, you can:

  • See all your applied services
  • Download certificates
  • Track your application status
  • Start a new application for services like income proof, caste certificate, old-age pension, etc.

Take a moment to explore your dashboard — you’ll be surprised at how many services are now fully paperless.

Seva Sindhu is not just a portal — it’s Karnataka’s step into citizen-first digital governance. And your login is the key.
