FAQ (2025 edition)
Can I track by Name or Aadhaar instead of Application ID?
Not yet. The 2.0 portal launching in August 2025 will add Aadhaar-based search, as confirmed by the e-Governance Dept in its March release note. Seva Sindhu
Why does my SMS show “NO DATA FOUND”?
Check that you’re sending App ID (for Shakti/Yuva Nidhi) or Ration-Card No. (for Gruha Lakshmi/Gruha Jyothi). For certificates & licences, use the portal — the bot is Guarantee-only.
Is there a fee to download my certificate?
No. All digitally signed PDFs are free; ignore third-party sites asking for ₹50.
